Yes, transformative learning works online! That is the main conclusion of the Erasmus+ project Online Transformative Learning (OnTL). Its ambition was to explore the opportunities for and limitations of transformative learning in virtual settings. The results are now available in the form of two nicely designed publications including a practical guide with tips and tricks on how to boost transformative learning online.
