Coming Soon: TheLEN – From Lifelong Learning to Lifelong Transformation

TheLEN – The Learning Edge Nexus – is a new learning ecosystem where vision meets real action. Many of us look for learning that goes beyond knowledge: learning that changes perspective. Whether you're growing personally or strengthening your organisation, TheLEN offers experiences designed to deepen practice, broaden perspectives, and close the gap between vision and reality. The COPERNICUS Alliance is proud to be a co-founder, alongside Legacy17, Global Action Plan Spain, InEuropa, and others.

There's talk of a polycrisis – of missed ambitions. Whether the focus is the SDGs, climate change, eroding social structures, or increasing burnout and depression, the pattern repeats: only 15 % of SDG targets are on track for 2030. One in six people (140 million) in Europe live with a mental health condition costing the EU over € 600 billion annually – yet fewer than 70 % of the sufferers receive adequate support and the top 10 climate-related disasters alone caused over $ 122 billion in damage last year.

The missing element isn't only or primarily knowledge. What's missing is the competence to turn that knowledge into transformative action. That's the gap TheLEN – The Learning Edge Nexus – is designed to help close. TheLEN is a new learning ecosystem where vision meets real action. It offers courses, events, coaching, and a learning community designed to deepen practice, broaden perspectives, and create lasting impact. The offer splits naturally in two:

  • Personal Development, for anyone building their own practice and perspective, and
  • Organisational Learning, for organisations looking to strengthen leadership, build capability, and close the gap between vision and reality.

TheLEN is a collaboration of organisations committed to turning learning into meaningful action – and the COPERNICUS Alliance is proud to be one of its co-founders, together with: Legacy17 (Sweden & international), Global Action Plan (Spain), InEuropa (Italy & EU), Learning Unpacked – Applied (Kenya, Zimbabwe), NeoHumanist College of Asheville (USA & international), University of Education Management (Ukraine), Union of International Associations (Belgium & global), Visionautik (Germany & EU), and Neurodiversity Foundation (Netherlands & international).

We're preparing for a public launch and invite you to stay tuned as we open the doors. Follow along and be first through the door: tlen.online
